From large-scale reconstructions of major wastewater treatment plants to supplying steel structures for the oil, gas, and construction sectors — every success story is driven by our team of professionals and unique engineering solutions.
Two Key Business Areas: Water Treatment Equipment and Steel Structures
AGMA specializes in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of equipment for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, as well as the fabrication of steel structures of any complexity. The footprint of our products is extensive, ranging from municipal water utilities to oil and gas giants, construction firms, and industrial enterprises.
Today, the facility possesses industry-leading capacities. The total area of production workshops covers 9,000 square meters, with more than 5 hectares of open-air storage. The plant features its own dedicated railway line, a stainless steel chemical pickling shop, and a painting facility. And we are not stopping there: construction is currently underway for a new 11,000-square-meter facility.

A 30-Year Journey: From Equipment Repair to Global Recognition
The story of AGMA is a story of the development of modern domestic machine building. Starting in 1996 with equipment repairs for Mosvodokanal, the company went on to create and successfully test its first proprietary industrial equipment for wastewater treatment plants—a bar screen—as early as 2002.
Today, our equipment and steel structures are in operation across Russia and internationally. The company is certified according to strict oil and gas industry standards, which confirms our superior level of reliability.
Efficiency and Teamwork: Participation in the National Project
In August 2023, AGMA took a significant step forward in its development by actively implementing lean manufacturing tools.
As Egor Kuryatnikov, General Director of AGMA LLC, notes, this was a conscious choice:
«As they grow, many companies reach a point where internal production processes stop yielding results, even with a multifold increase in human and manufacturing resources. This creates a 'growth crisis,' leaving the company with two options: either continue business as usual and risk falling behind, or restructure and start working differently. We chose the path of change—a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey!».
Special emphasis is placed on employee engagement. The plant has launched a program for collecting rationalization proposals and is implementing the 5S system (workplace organization), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die). To support staff development, a lean manufacturing training classroom and a dedicated corporate library have been opened.
