What materials are used for equipment operating in aggressive environments?
The primary materials used are corrosion-resistant stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 316 grades). For specific components, such as covers and aeration elements, we utilize high-strength fiberglass, aluminum, or chemically inert polymers (HDPE, EPDM). This ensures an equipment service life of over 15–20 years, even under constant exposure to hydrogen sulfide and active reagents.
Is it possible to manufacture equipment for non-standard channel dimensions?
Yes. As a manufacturing plant, we adapt standard solutions to meet our customers' specific project requirements. We can modify the width and depth of penstocks (stop logs), the inclination angle of mechanical screens, or the configuration of PBI/PNP covers to ensure the equipment fits perfectly into existing concrete structures without the need for costly reconstruction.
Is there a warranty for your services?
The AGMA plant provides an official warranty for all design, installation, and maintenance services, as stipulated in the contract. We take full responsibility for the systems' performance and ensure that our engineering solutions meet the specified technological indicators:
- For Installation and Commissioning (Supervision and Cx): The warranty confirms the correct installation and configuration of all automated components.
- For Engineering Solutions: We guarantee that our designs will pass regulatory expert reviews and achieve the calculated treatment parameters, provided that operation protocols are followed.
- For Repairs and Spare Parts: Replaced components and restoration works are protected by a warranty period equivalent to the factory warranty for new products.
In the event of any issues during operation, our specialists provide on-site service or remote technical support as part of our warranty obligations.
